Christina Hendricks

Christina Hendricks was an American actress who is best known for her role as Joan Holloway. She played the role in seven seasons of the historical comedy Mad Men from 2007-2015. Apart from receiving critic appreciation, her performance on the show garnered six Emmy Award nominations for the category of best supporting actor. Through her professional career, which has spanned over 20 years, she's been recognized for her role as a character in the upcoming legal drama Kevin Hill comedy series Another Period crime-drama series Tin Star and comedy-crime series Good Girls. Some of her films include Drive Ginger & Rosa Lost River Neon Demon Strangers - Prey at Night Egg and American Woman. She has also provided voiceovers in animation films such as From Up on Poppy Hill Toy Story 4 and Scoob!. Her career began in modeling and continued for years until her debut as an actor on TV in Undressed which was a 1999 TV show. The show gave her her first recognizable part as a character on the comedy drama Beggars and Choosers. Following her appearance, she received praise for her performance in Firefly. Esquire magazine declared her to be the most beautiful female across America in 2010, and also voted it the sexiest women around the globe.
